The Plaza was designed as the heart of the River Place neighborhood—a grand finale 10+ years in the making! Eagle View Partners, a local family-owned company, has spent the last decade building River Place, a multi-generational neighborhood that offers “The freedom to live an urban lifestyle in a small city.”
The River Place Plaza ties the neighborhood together both literally and figuratively; It’s designed as the nexus of impromptu neighborhood gatherings and community events. The Plaza is an outdoor events venue that is as ideal for family picnics as it is for 300 person weddings and 1,000 person concerts.
The River Place Plaza is owned by the non-profit (501(c)(4) organization River Place Neighborhood Association, whose mission is to promote quality of life through live music, arts, culture, recreation and community. The Plaza is managed by Eagle View Hospitality, who programs the space and partners with community organizations to bring new events to the Plaza.
