The Plaza was designed as the heart of the River Place neighborhood—a grand finale 10+ years in the making! Eagle View Partners, a locally- and family-owned company, has spent the last decade building River Place, a multi-generational neighborhood that offers “the freedom to live an urban lifestyle in a small city.” The River Place Plaza ties the neighborhood together both literally and figuratively; It’s designed as the nexus of impromptu neighborhood gatherings and community events. 

The Plaza is an outdoor events venue that is as ideal for family picnics as it is for 300 person weddings and 1000 person concerts. Our sister company, Eagle View Hospitality, programs the space and partners with community organizations to bring new events to downtown Cedar Falls.
